A To- Do- list helps you a lot to keep track of what your tasks are and you can calculate your productivity by constantly checking and aiming for the completion of tasks within the deadline.

Not all tasks are created equal. Prioritize your to-do list by importance and deadline. Start with the most critical tasks to reduce the pressure of looming deadlines. In this way, you can have your least important tasks to complete by D-day too. And giving priority to the most crucial task at the beginning gives you a lot of time to dedicate to it.
