Make A Strategy:
1. Understand your triggers: a keen observation on things that triggers you has to be noticed.the earlier you could figure it out the quicker you can heal. And the triggers can be words ; persons or even particular things.
2. Set acheivable goals: Make a plan on your daily routines and be determined to complete them. This motivates you to be more persistent on achieving success or good results.
3. Be prepared for obstacles: remember that not everyone move you make will be rainbows and roles and you’ll be facing loads of critizime and insults thrown your way. But overcoming these only described how strong and unique you are from ghe rest.
4. Learn insecurity stories from your peers: Talk to your friends family or anyone you trust. Discuss with them about how you feel and ask them if they ever felt such way and if yes ask them for tips. Never be ashamed to discuss these cause this is a very problem faced by millions of people everyday.

5. Stop comparing yourself with others: There is no use in comparing yourself with others who you find different or brave. All humans are made same but our minds grow uniquely influenced by the environment were grown in. Thus we all are made unique and it’s gain nothing by comparing yourself.
6. Try new things: come out of your confort zone. You can’t live in the places you’ve built forever without breaking free of the mindset. Though change can be inevitable you have to be Ready for the new phase None the less. Trying new things by meeting new people; travelling solo and making new habits helps you to grow out of your precious self.
7. Shift your perspective of viewing things: start to thing out of the box. Make your assumptions on the fact than just following the old perspective Ideology. Start to view things with an open mindset without making judgement on the first impression. Take your time but be practical.
8. Address the flaws- accept them: you need to accept everything about yourself. That includes the way you look, your tastes in things, your perspectives, and that even includes your flaws.
9. Challenge the negative talk: the main saagu of people with insecurities is they deframe themselves and are always feared of being misjudges. The things is to rember that you are not always the center of attention and the world doesn’t revolves around you. So stop being negative mandedi about yourself and start being practical, positive and accepting.

Focus on your strength: Even though you might think your worthlessnoe think back to the time of how you’ve crossed those hurdles in your life and came all the way along to be in the position you are right now. Think back to the time of difficult and challenges and the brave desicions you’ve taken to overcome those. Those are you Strengths then and now too. So focus on the Strengths and try to be brave once more to overcome this small issue of insecurity once and for all.
11. Start getting confortable with yourself: Accept yourself for the way you are and see how things change around you. Realised that there is no law out there that Defines how a human has to perform in a society. It’s the humans who have namodu standards and made their life’s miserable. So come to a realisation that there is no flaws in you for the way you are made and feel. Start getting more confortable with your body amd mindset and make your life better amd simple.
12. Trust yourself and your abilities: trust yourself and your abilities in dealing your life the way you designed. And don’t let the society norms define you.

14. Comparision: comparision with others is not advisable but try to compare the change in you with your old self and see the relief and freedom you gained with this new change. Try to be accepting and brave to face the world with a bright face.
